I have been very happy with Microwize Technology over the past several years.  They have been very helpful with my electronic medical records, remote secretary, MIPS reporting, and computer support.  Special thanks to Moon, Edward, Vlad, Saif, and Maryann for their outstanding services.  I would recommend Microwize highly to my medical colleagues! Ahmed Khaled did an excellent job of assisting me today.  He demonstrated a weath of knowledge and resolved my problem quickly.  At one point I asked a question and he took the time to research a type of report to give me the definition of what exactly the report included.  He was so patient, kind, and understanding.  Thanks you for hiring such a skilled worker. Another day,  He did a wonderful job, listening, understanding, and providing confidence in me being able to do what I need to do.  Being a newby, it has been a great challenge, but also a great encouragement as I find success in my progress.  It is my preveledge to give you a good report.  Just knowing Ahmed is the one to help me encourages me greatly.  Thanks, Ahmed 8/28/24 Today's service call was quite lengthy as I had a lot of questions and really needed to know about how to fix rejected claims.  He was his usual kind, caring, patient, and thourough self.  He communicated so well that it really: instilled confidence in his explanation, made me excited about getting the claims corrected, and  more self ashured about handling future problems with claims.  I have only been doing this job, without any prior knowledge, for 1 yr. 2 mos, so I need to not only know the answers, but understand how the programs works together.  Ahmed  always makes me feel appreciated, that he was working with a professional, that any question is welcomed and even encouraged.  I think the service offered by Microwize is their best feature.  They have such qualified technical support and are ALWAYS customer oriented, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality software package for medical billing and support. We have been doing business with Microwize for more than 10 years. What they always provided to us exceeded expectations. Very knowledgable staff, professional and helpful. We started our relationship with them when we used to buy our Medisoft from them many years ago. We later switched to Medisoft on their cloud and now have the peace of mind of having secure data  without having to worry about upgrades or backup. We also use their remote employee service to support our organization with many things related to our billing cycle.
