Software, Support & Initial Server Setup (this quote based on monthly fee per user)
** Includes Medisoft upgrades and updates, Unlimited Support, Medisoft Anywhere, Online Training Academy, Server Maintenance, Disaster Recovery, Backup All the Time, Network Services, hosting in a highly secure data center and online 24/7/365.

Hosted Server: hosted dedicated server which contains hardware that was determined more than adequate for your specific needs. Internet upload speed must meet a minimum of 2 Mbps/computer. Additional Data Storage beyond contract terms may be purchased separately. Remote daily backup service included.
Package includes one remote user per software user. Additional user terminal server connections available at $10/connection/month.

* Microwize EDI Direct clearinghouse available at $115/NPI/month for unlimited claims, ERA, and Eligibility Verification.

* Requires 12-month commitment. 30-day notice for non-renewal required. Contract auto renews for 12-months. Prices are subject to change. Prices may increase a maximum of 3% per 12-month contract.

Cancellation: If you cancel Cloud hosted services, or if we cancel it for a good cause, during its contract term, you will be subject to an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract. Microwize owns the right to the license and serial number of the software. Should you wish to continue access to the software after the terms of your contract, you may purchase the license and serial number from Microwize. Microwize will only hold space for data for up to 60 days post cancellation. After 60 days, the data will be automatically deleted.

Billing and Payments: Invoices overdue for 3 months or more shall will result in a temporary shut down of your Cloud server until owed payments are rectified.

Taxes, shipping, handling and other fees may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or other errors.
